Meet Ann Chernow, a prolific artist of our time. Her art takes inspiration from film noir – the black and white films of the 1930s, ‘40s and ‘50s, often transposing the figure of the femme fatale into a relatable and recognizable reflection. This documentary walks us through Ann Chernow’s life as told by herself, her closest friends, husband and wife actors, Mia Dillon (numerous stage productions) and Keir Dullea (stage and screen actor, including Stanley Kubrick’s masterpiece, 2001: A Space Odyssey), and her cousin-in-law, award winning author Ron Chernow (Alexander Hamilton, The House of Morgan, andTitan). A visual gallery of Ann’s work—and the films that inspired it—introduces this wealth of 20th-century

The Forgotten War

Video thumbnail for The Forgotten War
Bernie Langs's The Forgotten War is an operatic meditation on the lack of current societal remembrance of World War II and The Holocaust. The music, lyrics and video imagery present a poetic statement on the lost opportunity in the wake of the war to usher in a more tolerant world. The project's five vocalists, Kara Ayn Napolitano, Bill Millard, Peter Weidman, Evan Greene, and Bernie, sing of the lack of knowledge in our times about the war and The Holocaust, and bemoan the suffering souls from that time who cannot rest until we understand more of what occurred. The video utilizes the masterful paintings of artist Brett Gingold to enhance and empower the many musical ideas. Bernie Langs created the recording, composition, lyrics, and video with Rob Fragnito serving as musical co-producer and engineer.
